Shipping Rates - Domestic

ChloeChic.com uses USPS for domestic deliveries.  We process orders on a daily basis.  We ship items on the same day if an order is received by 2:30pm EST.  Any orders received after 2:30pm will be shipped the following day.  Any orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on following Monday.  Please take this into consideration when choosing your shipping method.

Shipping charge for orders within the United States:

Ground Shipping (2-8 days)

Order amount between $0 and $50 is a flat rate of $5.
Order amount greater than $50 is a flat rate of $7.

Express Shipping (1-2 days)

The shipping cost for express shipping varies by weight and location.  Please use the shipping estimator to find out how much it will cost.

Non-continguous US states and territories

Canada orders start at $32.00, Alaska/Hawaii orders start at $25.00 and are shipped via USPS or FedEx.

Shipping Rates - International

ChloeChic.com does not ship internationally at the moment. Please contact us by e-mail if you wish to place orders from outside United States.

Returns & Exchanges

If you would like to return your order, it must be delivered back to us within 30 days of the day you receive your order. Also, you need to fill out the Returns and Exchanges Form send include it in your shipment. You can download the form here.

You can choose to request a refund (minus shipping), make an exchange or choose to hold a store credit with us. Simply jot a note on your invoice directing us what you are requesting and include it in your return.

The following items are non-refundable:

• Returns received after 30 days of the original order shipment date
• Returns received in damaged or worn condition
• Accessories, final sale items, and all items under Re-Vintage category

Return Instructions

Please fill out Returns and Exchanges Form and include it, along with the original packing slip, in the package. Buyer is responsible for all shipping & handling fees. Chloe Chic does not refund shipping fees. Returns are usually processed within a week of arrival and may take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchange Orders

Please fill out Returns and Exchanges Form and include it, along with the original packing slip and a new order for the item you wish to exchange for, in the package.

• If you are exchanging for a different size or color, Chloe Chic will refund shipping fees.
• If you are exchanging for a different item, Chloe Chic will NOT refund shipping fees.
